We are looking for an ambitious student or intern with an appetite for finance and capital markets, who is able to join our sales team with immediate effect. The right candidate must be able to work independently and will have the opportunity to define and own long term projects. We welcome our next colleague that is eager to learn, with a hands-on mentality and is self-driven.
Tasks
Collaborate closely with our sales department to generate qualified leads
Take ownership of tasks and ensure their smooth and efficient execution
Continuous management of CrossLend’s CRM to ensure effective data integration in the tool, reliable reporting and pipeline representation
Active contribution to the development of marketing material for external parties, including presentations and pitch books
Extensive research, including early screening / due diligence on companies, market mappings, target lists, and current trends in the capital markets
Requirements
Student of Business Administration / Finance / Economics or a similar field with a keen interest in sales or a graduate with a degree in one of those fields
Previous experience in the financial or consulting industries
Previous internship(s) in banking, consulting firms, or startups
Willingness to take on responsibility and ownership
Extensive experience with visualising data (Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting
Knowledge of research tools such as Bloomberg
Familiarity with LinkedIn / a CRM (ideally Pipedrive) and their formalities
German and English fluency
Available 15-20h / week (working student) or on a long-term basis (internship)
