Working Student in Business Development (f/m/d)

Who are we looking for

We are looking for an ambitious and well-structured student with an appetite for finance and capital markets who is able to join our business development team with immediate effect. The right candidate must be able to work independently and will have the opportunity to define and own long term projects. The role comes with a high sense of responsibility and impact and will involve working cross-functionally between various departments such as our sales, communications, marketing, product, compliance and our legal team.

Tasks

• Support in developing and refining the strategic direction in the business development team
• Development and definition of internal processes
• Adapt to different tasks from day to day – from research and analysis to the creation and refinement of sales pitch books & marketing material
• Opportunity to shape the role according to individual interests and capabilities
• Manage and analyse our data within the framework of our CRM

Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters in Business / Economics ideally with a focus on finance and banking
• Willingness to take responsibility and ownership
• Meticulous worker with a strong eye for detail; creative and self-motivated
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Experience in the financial services industry or other relevant experience
• Experienced user of the Microsoft Office
• Available 15-20 h/week (flexible hours)
• German fluency and excellent command of English
