I have exceptionally strong problem-solving and analysis skills. I also excel at presenting complex problems to others. Having engaged in complete software life-cycle together with customer projects, I am now seeking to develop my personal skills to gain further experiences in developing innovative technologies.

While holding the lead of software development teams with up to 8 members, I enjoy developing and delivering useful solutions - particularly when applying innovation to new or existing technologies in order to reach technical and commercial leadership. One of my last projects involved me in the development of a plug-in based and distributed integration platform for engineers. I also enjoyed guiding students with their research projects.

I got a very good insight how to manage software projects and do software design and architecture. During future appointments I would be thrilled to bring in my experiences. I also gained extensive experience in software engineering methods. During the last years, I was enthusiastic to work on the software development processes within projects and on how to assure code quality.

Next to my leadership and Software engineering skills I have exceptional good knowledge of Cloud and Grid computing environments as well as Problem Solving Environments, their applications and the corresponding hardware platforms.
