ENRICA LONGO graduated in 2003 with a degree in Architecture from the University of Florence (Italy).
While in Florence she collaborated with such firms as iMage, viewpoints on architecture and Avatar Architettura.
For iMage she was curator of the Media Archive, containing more than 2000 works of architecture in video and multimedia. She was also in charge for the organizational secretary of Beyond Media, international festival for architecture in video, 2003 edition.
For Avatar Architettura she worked on several competitions and the Uffizi National Museum Underground Renovation.
She is a licensed architect in Italy since June 2004.
In 2005, recipient of the Fulbright Scholarship, she moved to Chicago where she pursued a Master's Degree in architecture from the IIT - Illinois Institute of Technology.
From 2006 to 2007 she collaborated with DLR Group, working as intern architect on several projects among which the Stratford Theater, the Coal Bin Cafe and the Indian Prairie High School.
In 2007 accepted a position as architectural designer within Behnisch Architekten in Stuttgart. She worked as project architect for the INSPI Wellness Campus (Sweden), the Unilever HeadQuarters (Germany), the Digiteo research Labs (france) and as project leader for the Manfredonia Waterfront masterplan (Italy). She also collaborated to several competitions.
In 2009 she co-founded the RARE Office with Barbara di Gregorio.
