My previous 11 year nursing profession has given me the opportunity to perfect my customer service skills in all levels. Nursing has given me extensive practice and experience with all cultures, races, social classes, biases, ages and genders that I am able to look beyond what I see and really TAP into the 'real' inside the person.

Prior to nursing, I worked for WHERE Corp. in Toronto as their New Media Coordinator. The internet was still in its early stages and I was able to grasp and understand the impact of New Technology and its affects on business, marketing,advertising, communication, interpersonal relationships and the way individuals responded to any New Media on a personal level.

Today's New Media may seem a little intimidating but my understanding of technology and its social impact can help you weave through the web, seamlessly.

I'm a Social Media Enthusiast and use this platform to engage and build relationships with my network of friends, colleagues and potential clients.

Currently, I've joined the Global Gateway Innovation Exchange (G2iX) Team helping to expand their reach into Europe. My goal is to extend G2iX's mission into the EU as the preferred Innovation Partner.

I also freelance as a Business English Trainer. My classes are animated, motivated and fun. My training style is 'unique' and very effective and I bring all my skills and experiences (professional & personal) into my classes. I believe that knowledge is power and I want to help empower people in any way that I can.

Business English Language Training is certainly a way to empower people that want to succeed in Global Business Communication.
