Kalle Buschmann

I am a designer, but design is more to me than a profession. It is elementary for modernity and it is my element, as an optimist with a passion for the future. I am a very curious person with an enthusiasm for complexity and wicked problems. I like the fuzzy front end of design projects — to become an expert in the regarding topic, to identify the right question and to synthesize a good strategy. Besides the strategic part, I am often responsible for project and design management and enjoy these activities a lot. But of course I also make stuff, mostly digital indeed.

In my education and professional career, I have been focussing on the design of systems and services, with their virtual and physical interfaces. I prefer to work with and in multidisciplinary teams, and I am most happy, when I can work on solutions that combine organisational, technological and societal aspects into new business cases.

In the future I will further develop my competencies, amongst others, in the areas of design, strategy, project management and business administration.
